The SCR series battery charger uses six pulses SCR's switching design technology principle to achieve the desired DC Output Voltage. It basically consist of a transformer to set a suitable level to feed the rectifier bridge in order to get controlled DC output to the battery and load after being smoothened by the filter circuit.
